LOVE LOVE LOVE Casa Gregorio!
I love Casa Gregorio! This was my 5th time on this tour and each time is just as wonderful as the last. Prior to Casa Gregorio, I joined cooking tours in Rome, Cinque Terre, and Tuscany -- all were great experiences but here is what makes Casa Gregorio amazing . . . the 5-star accommodations with fabulous views of the countryside (Castro dei Volsci), all meals were included and absolutely delicious; the cooking classes were uncomplicated and wonderful and we were able to make them back at home; the local cultural tours were informative, fun and "local"; and the warmth and sincerity of the Castro dei Volsci community, Gregory, and his staff made us all feel so welcomed and at home. EVERY ONE of my friends and family who visited Casa Gregorio with me have said "This was the best experience ever!" And we made some amazing new friends who were part of the tour. I am definitely going back in 2025 . . . I can't wait!

A culinary get away you must experience!
Overall a great culinary and cultural experience. Accommodations were high end modernized but still kept within the authentic feel to this region of Italy. Hands on cooking classes by the local chefs learning the secrets to authentic Italian cooking was the highlight along with the unbelievable meals that were prepared by the staff and served in a family style setting. Gregory and his staff were unbelievably warm and welcoming making you feel apart of their family offering 5 star service. Great job ladies and gents. We will be back sooner then you think. A MUST for anyone who wants to experience a bit of the Italian country side culture and be pampered with 5 star accommodations.

Fabulous Birthday Celebration at Casa Gregorio
This culinary adventure was beyond my expectations. Truly magical. My husband took me to celebrate my 70th birthday. We heard about Casa Gregorio from a fellow traveler in Spain, two years ago and we began planning our trip back then! Staying in a medieval home perched atop a mountain village was wonderfully peaceful and beautiful. The decor was exquisite. Luca, the chef, and the entire wonderful staff, worked their magic daily. The attention to detail, as well as to any travelers dietary restrictions, was amazing. There are many fun surprises during the day with tours, and in the evenings with entertainment. The classes were wonderful and the food was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this culinary experience.

Experience of a Lifetime
What a trip, met all my expectations! No crowds just an immersive experience of the Italian countryside in a picturesque village. The staff treated us with kindness, respect and were so friendly. The day to day agenda kept us busy experiencing the life of local people. The cooking and eating were wonderful. The breakfasts were some of the best I had in Europe, so fresh and homemade. The casa is beautiful, so many charming details. Besides the cooking, eating and daily countryside trips I loved my jewelry making and watercolors classes with the locals of the village. This was a trip of a lifetime.
