All you need is a love of good Italian food and a desire to learn. Our Cooking Classes welcome all skill levels and allow for a rich learning experience.
Although guests are required to be 18 or older, we do accommodate families. Please contact us for details.

Rome’s Fiumicino- Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport (FCO) is the closet airport at 1.5 hours away.
Casa Gregorio provides transportation to and from the airport or train station, and to all Cooking Tour outings. If you wish to do any other activities, you must secure your own transportation.
For those guests arriving at the Rome Fiumicino airport the day your culinary program begins, please choose a flight that arrives prior to 11am as our drivers are at the airport to greet and transfer you to Casa Gregorio from 11am-12pm.
For those returning to the Rome Airport with a departing flight when your culinary holiday ends, please choose a flight that departs after 11am so that our drivers can get you to the airport 2 hrs prior to your flight departure.
Any time of year is a great time to visit Casa Gregorio’s Culinary Vacations.
During the Cooking tours, plan accordingly for outings that include walking, visiting local markets, and gardens. During the cooking classes dress comfortably in something that does not inhibit your range of motion. Many guests select to change into something different for dinner, but never formal, and always an expression of the guest’s individual style.
Casa Gregorio is available to meet the needs of our guests. Please let us know your request prior to booking and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Casa Gregorio is equipped with standard European plugs that can support 110-240 volts. You will need to be sure to have an European adaptor for your specific electronic device.
Heating at Casa Gregorio is provided from November 15th – April 15th following the guidelines of the Italian government which does not allow before or beyond that period.
Air-Conditioning at Casa Gregorio is provided from July 1st – August 31st.
Heating and A/C are available during the off season periods at Casa Gregorio for a supplemental charge of €30 per day. The systems operate individually by room for both heating and cooling. Guests have the option of purchasing at their discretion should they feel the need for either.
Casa Gregorio does not allow pets, with the exception of guide dogs. Casa Gregorio’s host Gregory does have two dogs at the residence, but they do not interact with guests at any time.
Most forms of payment are accepted including: cash, money order, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and wire transfers. Personal Checks are NOT accepted.
Your all-inclusive payment covers airport transfer to and from Casa Gregorio; transportation to all Culinary Tours; all food consumed at the Casa Gregorio and special group meals; Beverages including coffee, tea, water, soda and wine*.
(*One bottle of wine per guest per day is included in the rate. Once the daily limit is met by the group, any additional wine would be at the cost of the guest.)
We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance. Should you be unable to attend your Casa Gregorio Culinary Vacation and therefore lose your deposit, course and accommodation payments, and other travel costs, Casa Gregorio is not liable nor responsible for these losses or costs.
Casa Gregorio offers free WiFi to all guests.
Guest are only allowed in the kitchen during cooking classes. The kitchen is not to be used by guests at any other time. Guests may not go into the refrigerator or collect any food. Guests cannot use the laundry facilities. Laundry services are available for a small fee (€30.00 per load of laundry).
Each room comes with: beautiful furnishings, flat screen TV (with local channels only), shower or bathtub, and free wireless internet.
