Terms, Conditions, and Cancelation Policy

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
To secure the booking of your culinary program, full payment is due at booking. Upon receipt of a signed booking form and payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

CANCELATION
All deposits and final payments are nonrefundable. However, a deposit or final payment may be applied to a future culinary program if canceled 60 days prior to program commencement. Casa Gregorio recommends purchasing independent travel insurance that covers cancelation due to medical reasons or any conditions covered by the insurance policy. Full refunds will be made if Casa Gregorio should cancel any program at any time before commencement for any reason. Casa Gregorio will make every effort to adhere to any published itinerary, although variances may occur due to availability and/or factors beyond their control.

CERTIFICATION OF HEALTH
A confirmed booking with accompanying payment certifies that the program participant does not suffer from any condition or disability that could create a hazard or hardship for other program participants. The program participant further understands that health care standards, facilities and services in Italy may differ to those of their country of origin and may even be inadequate for  the treatment of certain health conditions.
